Awakened Womb
We have a few more weeks before Awakened Womb Group Immersion begins and a FEW MORE SPOTS.
I bring my humble heart and more than 15 years of ever-evolving womb studies to you. I have worked with hundreds of women at this point and have supported women in healing from:
- Chronic Pelvic Pain
- Recurrent bladder infections
- Prolonged bouts of Bacterial Vaginosis

- Debilitating Periods
- Urinary Incontinence
- Sexual Trauma
- Chronic back pain

I can say after a deep descent into the underworld over the last year and a half, which included a broken wrist and the loss of my son’s father (who I had broken up with over 10 years ago, but took care of in my home on hospice care), I have emerged and am living my Awakened Womb in new ways.
To be quite frank, I got some mildly scary health news about a month ago. My LDL and HA1C are slightly elevated. It turns out having a steady stream of cortisol in your blood for nearly 2 years has impact on your metabolic, menstrual and mental health. And these three are all related.
Naturally, I followed my ancestral pattern for about 24 hours of profound debilitating anxiety, and then I decided, I am going to use this information to come more fully and deeply into myself than I ever have, and live my healthiest life.
In the last month, I have made radical changes. I invite you to come along on this ride with me. I am living in total devotion and surrender to the path of perimenopause, how we can prepare for it in our 30s and how we can navigate once it has already fully landed in our 40s and beyond.
In the last month through deep dive research (that is and will be ongoing) and trusting and listening to the guidance of my Awakened Womb, this is what has already changed for me:
- I have lost 4 pounds around my middle. *Gaining a few pounds in perimenopause can be supportive, but beyond that we are looking at an increased risk in metabolic changes that can lead to diabetes and heart conditions
- I have committed to and honored my need for regular exercise and organized my life around that. My family is still central, and I realized that they need me to be HEALTHY.
- I, a lifelong insomniac, have slept WELL almost every day in the last month. If you know me this is practically unheard of. This is the best of have slept in YEARS.
- I have made profound but relatively simple shifts in my diet that have me feeling energized all day.
I could go on. So much has shifted. I literally haven’t felt this good, maybe ever!
You know what else? I don’t feel at all like I am depriving myself of delicious food. There are so many radical diets out there that leave us feeling like we are in a state of deprivation.
I am in more pleasure and joy than I have been in years.
We get to do this beloveds. We get to age well.
Join me on this 6 month Immersion where we will meet monthly in person, and virtually between sessions. Why meet between? Because when we are together, we are going to do ritual, learn practices to support our wellness and together COMMIT to the sustainable changes we want to make in our LIVES to live healthier, more pleasure filled lives as we age. When we meet in between, it will be a good opportunity to have reminders and accountability to one another inside of our growth.
