Join the Urination Liberation community for essential embodied practices to support your healing from urinary incontinence.

Day 1

We will focus on breath, posture and healthy alignment and patterns to cultivate when our bodies are in natural motion. Much of the content on this day will be aspects of breath and motion that we weave into the rhythm of how we move through space in ways that support more stability in our pelvic bowls.

Day 2

We will do a light review of Day 1, and focus on specific exercises and practices that are essential to practice over time to heal and restore overstretched and tight muscles, ligaments and fascia.

Day 3

We will explore movements from my years of study and practice as a bellydancer. These motions support opening in the psoas, rectus abdominus and weave together the upper and lower aspects of our torsos, to cultivate embodied connection throughout our whole system. Today we get to have fun healing our bodies, and bring that practice forward in our lives as well. Bonus playlist will be included in supplemental offerings.
