COVID-19 Reflections and Protocols

I wanted to address the the current situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) with you all, as I value our relationships and wish to assure you that your well-being is of utmost concern and importance to me. I will include some thoughts and reflections as well as some practical tips and my own office protocols to ensure health and safety.

I have completed an EBOOK on preventing Tick Born illness. With the COVID-19 stress, we are beginning to overlook that the crocuses are coming up which also means the ticks are resurfacing. I want to make sure we are prepared for that as well.

Office Protocols

Both practitioner and client wear a mask.

I disinfect all surfaces after each client.

I do not have anything on my table anymore than cannot be disinfected between clients. This means no table warmer and no blanket. Feel free to bring your own blanket if you would like. I do have a space heater as well to keep you warm and comfortable.

If you have signs or symptoms of a cough, shortness of breath or fever, please call or text me to reschedule. Additionally if you have recently travelled to a high risk area, please wait at least 14 days before coming in to see me.
Please do not hesitate to call, text, or email me with any questions.

Here are a few health recommendations to support our immunity during this time:

  • Wash your hands frequently
  • Do not touch your face
  • Maximize healthy digestion. 70% of our immune system lives in our guts.
  • Vitamin C 1000 mg daily
  • Vitamin D 2000 - 5000 IU daily
  • Selenium 100 mcg daily
  • Astralagus - follow label instructions whether you get tincture or capsules
DISCLAIMER: None of these recommendations have been approved by the FDA. They are my loving supportive suggestions. Please contact your medical provider with any medical questions.
